We created a flexible and strong brand identity that included a bespoke logotype that reflects Brownlow's position as a modern leader in handcrafted luxury furniture.
We then carried the new identity through to a number of elements, the centrepiece of which is the new fully responsive website. The old website was functional, but not exciting, doing little to convey the contemporary feel of their furniture designs together with the unique customer experience that Brownlow provide. As the digital market grew, Brownlow knew that a complete refurbishment was essential in order to attract new clients and present its craftmanship to it’s greatest advantage. With a passion for elegant design, we were over the moon to be able to bring our creative and technical skills to the table.
We were appointed to produce a fully responsive and refreshed website using WordPress CMS, to better serve the needs of their clients and implement new site functionality to reflect the digital aspirations and marketing strategy of Brownlow Furniture.
As with all our projects, understanding the client requirements and vision was an essential step towards creating Brownlow’s fresh and luxurious digital presence. We began by planning the project architecture, i.e the step-by-step process the user would take to make conversion. All pumped up; we took to a blank canvas and started the wireframes of what was to become one of our most successful websites! We set to work creating an attractive, information rich website promoting Brownlow’s key service offerings and areas of expertise in a user friendly format.
A fundamental issue with the old website was that it failed to showcase the brand’s beautiful portfolios. To solve this, our team crafted a design which gave the company’s beautiful photography space to really ‘wow’ visitors, supported with tasteful transitions and animated fourishes.
After extensive collaboration with Brownlow furniture, we worked to give the website a luxurious feel which channeled the brand’s ethos and evoked the quality of their furniture. Clean typography was an essential ingredient in this “makeover” and Google’s Poppins Sans was the perfect minimal yet stylish choice.
The final result incorporated all the client had wished for; an informative, contemporary and visual website that showcased their stunning furniture range to its greatest advantage, all while channeling core brand values.
The website is informative, easy to navigate and fully responsive, performing well on all mobile devices with a strong and calculated focus on UX and performance.
