We have developed a fully integrated EPOS (Electronic Point Of Sale) touch screen system that links directly to your online e-commerce sales facilities. This allows stock control to run seamlessly no matter how the transaction is processed. This is ideal for businesses selling online as well as through a retail outlet or over the phone. From our own market research we identified a huge gap in the market for a fully inclusive sales system that is capable of handling face to face sales as well as managing internet transactions. There are numerous companies offering EPOS technology and e-Commerce websites but none that seem to have merged the two together successfully.

All your invoices are converted into fully branded PDF's including barcode's to help manage your work flow and are automatically emailed to your customers. Invoices can be viewed and paid online and your credit control is automatically managed by the system.

We have even gone as far as integrating the sales system into SAGE which automatically processing your sales!

Order Management

• Touch screen ability to view orders. Search by:
• Order reference number

• Postcode
• Customers Name
• Print invoices (Your copy and customer copy)

• Scan invoices to mark as printed
• Scan invoices to to send late reminders
  

Payment Method Options

• This does not currently tie in with an automated payment provider so you would need to put the card details through your card terminal before completing the order. There is a field that allows you to make notes. This may be for general use or even to insert the transaction ID from the card payment
  

Barcode Scanning

• The new WMS now has a field in the add/edit product screen that allows you to specify a products barcode. This can be scanned in or typed manually. This will work with any USB barcode scanner - we can give you a recommendation on type.
  

Postcode App
You can use a 3rd party barcode application to automatically input address details from a postcode - please ask for details

Order Process

• New Customer > Add Customer Name, Address, Company, Email, Tel etc > Newsletter Opt In > Barcode scan item or search via touch screen categories > Basket > Checkout
  

• Existing Customer > Search by: E-mail address, Company name, Postcode, Customer Name > Barcode scan item or search via touch screen categories > Basket > Checkout

• Sundry Customer > Skips the customers details part of the process and goes strait to > Barcode scan item or search via touch screen categories > Basket > Checkout
