You might have noticed that you're not limited to just selling tickets; you can sell any other merchandise you want! Because you have the full use of the Shop module and EPOS, you're not restricted to what you sell on the website.
So how can we help with the printing and dispatching of tickets? Manually entering data into a system can often result in human error, not to mention being seriously tedious (especially if you have hundreds of orders!), so to speed things up we've added a barcode for each individual ticket and a master bardcode for the overall order. But what's the process?
- An order comes in through the website
- The tickets are printed
- An administrator (you) logs into the EPOS system and scans in each printed ticket
- Once all tickets are set to printed, scan the order's main barcode to let the customer know it's in the post!
It's that easy! And you'll have a centralised record of everything to verify any information as and when necessary.
