We have a PHP Developer Vacancy. Come and join our well established web design and development agency based in the heart of Wrexham, North Wales. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic PHP developer situated near the Wrexham / Chester or Oswestry area.
We specialise in designing and developing PHP systems for a range of industries and we promise to keep you on your toes with a mixed bag of projects!
Work here is varied and you'll be involved with a number of tasks at any one time ranging from basic CMS development through to eCommerce and custom management systems. We also dedicate time towards our own in-house development projects and you'll have the opportunity to provide input and ideas - we are constantly developing and improving our products and always welcome fresh ideas.
Ideally you'll be ambitious to help us grow the business and have at least 3 years PHP experience (Not essential if you are confident and quick at learning), but also the knowledge of best practices when working as part of growing team of talented individuals. It will be your responsibility to work from an outlined brief and to plan and develop using our management systems.
Ideal Skills that we're looking for are:
- PHP
- Photoshop, Illustrator
- Javascript & frameworks such as jQuery
- SQL database management
- Strong problem solving and de-bugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment across multiple small and large scale projects.
Your work will cover a variety of areas, including:
• Building new php applications and sites from the ground up with our own cms platform
• Extending existing projects
• Providing email and phone technical support to our clients
We develop our own management systems and are continuously developing new ideas and opportunities. Apart from being a great PHP developer it is important to us that you enjoy what you do!
Your will initially be based here at our Wrexham office. We may soon be opening a Chester branch making location more flexible.
We work from 9.00am till 5.30pm and take a 1hr break at 1pm for lunch. Hrs can be flexible if you prefer coming in earlier as there is usually someone here from 8am.
